I started dreaming about a mythical bird with a long blue tail. This is the piece that came from that dream. He doesn't exist in real life, but will come visit you in your most pleasant nighttime adventures.
This bird gave me an opportunity to play with texture in glass while working with the curving blue feathers of his tail. This was also the first time I tried using larger pieces of glass as a background.
